Study

To organize the study and facilitate student mobility the Faculty uses the credit system. To a certain extent, it allows students to decide about the course and structure of their study plan. This system gives students the possibility to choose a degree and in what time scale he or she wants to achieve it.

To meet international trends and agreements in university education the Faculty of Business and Economics awards Bachelor's, Master's and PhD degrees in the following programmes and subject areas:

PhD study
The standard duration is three years. The objective of this level is to prepare the best Master's graduates for work at universities and in other R&D institutions.

It is set by Act No. 111/1998 Coll. Part-time study

All of the subject areas are normally studied in a full-time form. However, most of the subject areas of the Economics and Management programme can be also studied in a part-time form. The structure of subjects is the same as in the full-time study form. Lessons usually take place every other Friday and Saturday.
