How to apply

  1. Choose university:
  2. Prepare Learning agreement proposal for each university,
  3. Submit your application in UIS during the Call for applications (Personal administration – My Studies – Student’s Portal. My study abroad – Submit exchange programme application
  1. Find a company/institution that will accept you for an internship.
  2. Obtain an Acceptance letter from your Internship provider (attachment to the UIS application).
  3. Submit in UIS Application in UIS
    • Erasmus+ (within Europe): e-Agenda/ Contact centre/ Searching for solution/ 104_Z: Application to Traineeship: at least 2 months before the internship!
    • Bilateral Agreement (outside of Europe): e-Agenda/ Contact centre/ Searching for solution/ 105_Z: Přihláška na praktickou stáž – Bilaterální dohody
  • Study results – average (30 %).
  • Language knowledge – written and oral exam (30 %).
  • Choice of the relevant courses (10 %).
  • Buddy system (10 %).
  • Previous mobility of the student (10%).
  • Involvement in FBE activities, last option for study stay, language certificate, early withdrawal or the need to extend studies (10%).

During the exchange stay, you remain a student of Mendel University and you are required to fulfil study requirements (fee, study rules, ECTS, etc.)!
