Erasmus + Credit Mobility

Before mobility

-          Teachers are chosen in a selection procedure at the sending institution

-          Institutional coordinators at the sending institutions send in their CVs to eva.kytlicova@mendelu.cz

-          They get in contact with teachers from FBE and agree about the term of their stay

-          They fill in the Staff mobility agreement for teaching and have it approved by both FBE and the sending institution

 

During mobility

-          After arrival, teachers contact the staff mobility coordinator Michaela Menšíková (michaela.mensikova@mendelu.cz) and provide their boarding passes and sign the Grant Agreement upon which they get 70% of the grant (rest is paid at the end of the stay)

-          Each teachers should complete minimum of 8 hours of teaching during 5 days and with longer mobility respectively more

After mobility

-          At the end of the stay teachers will have the Confirmation of Teaching Period approved by the host institution

-          Mobility activities will be itemised here day by day together with the number of hours

-          They will be paid the rest of the grant
